Returns Policy

After the product arrives, please check whether the product is defective and whether it matches the content of the order. If either of the above problems arise, please contact aoowatch@hotmail.com as soon as possible.

Our policy lasts 30 days from your receipt of your package and you can return or exchange your product for any reason during this time for a full refund of your purchase price.

To be eligible for a return and a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging you received it in (inside the shipping envelope).

All returns for refund or exchange first must be authorized via email to aoowatch@hotmail.com with a reply by one of our support agents prior to sending the package back. You will be issued a unique RMA/DOP number. Without authorization and RMA/DOP number, returns will not be accepted and refunds or exchanges will not be granted.
