Yes, In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with one of our products, we will be happy to exchange your item or offer a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in perfect unused condition with labels and protectors intact.
Yes, you must inform us via CONTACT US of your intent to return giving brief details of why you wish to return and whether you wish to receive a refund or an exchange item. We will contact you within 24 hours with information on the returns procedure.
① Any issues arising from transportation damage, manufacturing defects, or quality issues of the product shall be borne by us for all expenses incurred by the customer for return. The customer does not need to pay any transportation fees for return.
② The product quality is intact and undamaged, but the customer does not like the style, color, size, and model they have received and needs to return it to us. The customer needs to pay for all shipping costs incurred during the return process.
We aim to make refunds within 5 days of receiving your return, providing the item has been sent in as new undamaged condition.
All our watches are 3 ATM, all this means is, BRIEF contact to water won't harm the watch. We DO NOT advise you to swim, shower or engage in fully submersible activities as our watches aren't built to handle that level.
We recommend that you clean your Aoowatch watch with a soft cloth lightly dampened with clean water and then buff with a soft dry cloth. Storing your watch in its box when not in use.
